NECA's 1/4 scale action figure from the 1990 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the loner Raphael.

Of all the turtles, he struggles the most with his temper tantrums and often clashes with Leonardo.

Raphael stands 16.5 inches tall and features 30 points of articulation including double elbow joints to show off his martial arts mastery to the fullest. The figure is highly detailed and totally true to the movie, and comes with 2 Sai, a slice of pizza (of course) and interchangeable hands.
